Cambridge AS Level Maths Paper Leak Sparks Fresh Concerns

Fresh concerns have emerged after students claimed that an AS Level Mathematics paper matched a solved version that had reportedly circulated on social media a day before the exam. The issue has sparked widespread debate among students, parents, and schools regarding the security of international examinations. Cambridge International Education confirmed that investigations are currently underway and stated that official updates would be shared with schools if any verified issue is found. The examination body also advised candidates to avoid trusting unverified online rumors, warning that false information can create panic and confusion during exam season. Earlier, similar allegations surfaced about the AS Level Mathematics Paper 12 held on April 29, after which Cambridge announced a replacement paper scheduled for June 9. Recent claims linked to an A-Level Business Studies paper have further increased concerns about repeated breaches within the examination system. Last year, partial leaks of multiple AS and A Level papers in Pakistan led Cambridge to offer free resits for affected students. Cambridge exams are conducted in over 160 countries with sessions held twice every year.
